...an in a showroom and after facing your knowledge we promote a store manager'. after 1 month in salary slip show that i am a stock boy. i was feel very disappointed. i inform aria manager but he say we will promote in next month. i wait.... after one month salary slip show again stock boy then i feel very very disappointed then i leave the company. aria manager name was anshuman singh

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... is politics and I think one will have to tolerate this anywhere in any company. Salary is not as profile and career growth is slow.

I would like to say that this is a honor for me to get this and enjoying my work bcz in this job m fully enjoy working and have confidence of developmenting more skills as a customer service associate. But in the beginning of my overall career, I was working in manufacturing companies as a operator , I was earning well also that time but I wasn't satisfied with my work or job , I used to thought that time ,' this is not my preferred work space' . I wanted to work in the line of clothing brands, fashion , designing clothes etc.

There is a lot to dislike. Disgusting travel policies they won't provide stay and travel desk ask arrange yourself and there is no reimbursement if you arrange hotel yourself. You expected to travel by sleeper class even on long distance travel.

This is having new role and responsibility and getting the knowledge about the expansion plan and handling the multiple stores and team.

system working was very low, now it is improved and working on B.I.Tool and systematic working...
