... am, we have to keep ourselve available for client calls. No holiday on sunday. We have to work on sundays too, and if we got unavailable on sundays for a while, our salary gets deducted. All the positive reviews you get here is fake.. Trust me .. never join here. In terms of promotions and appraisal, only those females got the special treatment who maintain a relation with the management. Never join here

Work culture is very good, management is very employee friendly. But as this is a start up company , there is no place for non-performer. If u will achieve ur Tgt month on month then ur life will be easy and non-performing for continuous 2 months can be resulted kicking out from job

Company should provide salary sleep to all employees before an employee will give request for the same. And as this is a travel and field job,Company should provide medical and Health insurance. And as in this job the emploee has to travel to ensure his work so the expenses should be RS per kilometre. Fixed expenses is pulling our leg to travel and whic resulted low performance in work.
