... from the management to heirarchy, from work procedures. There's no defined SOP. We were asked to stay on "Holiday without Pay" and No compensation or help has been provided during the COVID-19 times nearly all of the staff has lost their jobs, we have not even been paid our salary for March and it's November when I wrote this review. Pathetic!

...pletely biased towards the employees who share a good personal rapport with him. Have not paid us salary of the last month before Covid started. We were asked to leave as and when the operations stopped.

I am glad to be a part of this company... i m really enjoying my work with office environment.. I really thank you to my Manager, he is the best teacher and leader and I learn lot of things from him... Also special thanks to my AVP, he always ready to guide me. Another plus point is that my collogues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like that re-hire employee policy.

In every organisation, there is something good about the company but in this nothing is there. Rules and regulations are only meant for copies. It's keep on changing when someone raise his/her voice. No moral support during this period. Salary for this we need to fight till and unless you make them feel that they are hopeless and shameful, they won't give your salary. Each member in the higher position keeps on playing with everyone.

When i enter in company that time ask my senior about my feature in this company, they told me "it is very simple to understand, "if love your work then you survive any where for long time" then i really understand what is culture of this company and how was my surrounding people. they all awesome. I learn lot of thing like ethics, commitment & specially how to prepare any report in perfect manner. so my total experience is good. and thank to give change being red apple member.
