Executive extended hours cost is for 8 hrs paid only 1000/- & low responsibility employees like technicians is average amount is Rs.3500 to 4000/8hrs & contract employees 1700/- this is very bad for executive levels.

In recipharm they have given quaternary bonus please remove this its full bogus its our money they deducted our money per month after 3month give Same money here what is the use for employees 😡😡😡

...ty for technicians and salary wise technicians salary is more than executives Best salary benefits for technicians Managers are simply shouting to technicians and executive. Executives are doing multiple job and managers are doing nothing. Appraisal given for all same percentage if you have ctc low or high, for example managers CTC is 8lk they given 12% and executives ctc is 3.0 given 8-10% I wondering this type of appraisal Final word there is no value for honest worker only for bucket people. Nothing is free here (transport and food)

Salary cuttings are more heavy unexpected salary cuttings. Biggest minus point to our carriers as they cut nearly 9,000 above from our CTC, With out Valid reason.

Notice period 3 month compulsory otherwise need pay amount. 1st shift compulsory. Carrer growth little less. Proper job training not given for newcomers.
