Management is very inefficient, hitlar and mahammad bin tughlaq coulture, no job security, toxic enviroment, always bleaming staffs, not secure for female employee, one person always take decision, never trust any employee, no specific HR policy, no marketing strategy, always fools employees by giving fake commitment.

Initially I like the company because of they always give a chance to fresher this is the only good point about the company.

Dislikes

Inspite they gave opportunity to freshers I said that they did it for there profit. They thought they will buy the freshers personal life also. I said this is not the right place to work any woman because the boss is not good.He and his side chick destroy the whole company they have also physical relationship and all the company know that and his side chick is very sharp she is here only for money and the boss is her sugar daddy and I must say the managing director Rohit swarnakar's character is very bad he always tried to give sympathy to women because of his bad intentions only his side chick entertain this so she is the only one good person in the whole company..and she also enjoy all the benifits it's feel like she is the real owner of the company...very bad cultural company dirty mindset.. I suggest never join this company specially girls .
