...e, promotion and incentives but nobody in rebelfoods are follow this KRA system.If you want to get promotion or want to get salary increments you will have to become chatora of senior managers.Also nepotism and reference happens in rebel foods for promotion and increments.They are bosting that their kitchens are the most safest kitchen in the country but the reality is different.They are doin fake rating process on zomato and swiggy for orders.company pressurized their employees to improve ratings but they know their kitchen conditions and capicity and other negative things so they indirectly pressurized their downline managers through topline managers to improve ratings thus they are doing fake order on swiggy for fake ratings through store petty cash i have proof so i am saying.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Napotism happens in company.On the job training is not given to new joinees due to weak training department.I was one of the loyal employees of this company.If any loyal and good topline management personal see this feedback please dont take it negatively,and want to know all integrity in your company you can call me any time. If you are female all is good. Your salary your life speacially if you are female you will be promoted to SME Quality Auditor or Trainer within six months if you dont know the work also but if you are female will get promoted. So if you wanted to join become female first then all doors are open for you

I really thought about this, and rather than leaving this blank, I would say, better than being unemployed, this is better. Nothing else to like about.

... is just about nice and fancy words. He says AASify. He got the spelling wrong! Did i say, they are punctual in delaying the salary. And did someone think that being a food company, there would be canteen/cafeteria serving food. Welcome to the disappointment zone!

The flow at rebel foods never gets ended they never care for over time given introduced new policy for double pay for working on week off but never pay for overtime or weekoffs. Favoritism is most preferred for worst employees although best treatment. Worst organization with worst management.
