Every 3rd Saturday company provide the one small carnival for evening time 2 hours.

Dislikes

The morning shift working timing. Actually I will go work at in the morning 7.00 AM but work is completed time daily around 9.00 PM.

Teammate coordination and knowledge growth is good.

Dislikes

Benefits and life growth for employeers from company side is poor. Working hours take more than a 10 hrs it cause health issues. Salary and increment is not so satisfying

They recriut a set of freshers every year from rural areas in diploma colleges. They will promise you while recruitment that they will give minimum amount of 4000 increment every year and make you and your parent to sign an bond for 4 years and also make you to submit all your original certificates to them.due to lack of knowledge about this field and salaries provided outside.they only target diploma students and rural area peoples.but they will not provide increments and incentives as promised.everything they told you is a lie to make you sign that agreement.they will threaten that they have your certificate when you ask about why increament for every is lesser than that you promised.they treat employees as low as kookies in this firm.no one in this company in hr and management team is professional.be aware don't join this company.

The company which offers more development skills through my teammates and also my senior category persons. They all share their experiences and motivated to me as like a better person. We all work for the US projects seems good for developing communication skiing ability and manage a higher level person skills. I really happy to work with this company and their infrastructure.

Dislikes

They misjudged the employees at the review time. Most of the higher level person not surely know who all are to stretch for hardwork for the company. They hearing for some experience guys word's it doesn't correct for to judge the hardwork employees.
