On time Salary Good Increment I got an opportunity to work on Telecom - 5G Good Project in Telecom Domain and can learn a lot from seniors Helping colleagues Work from Anywhere, you are not forced to go to office and can chose work from anywhere

Salary paid every month's last Friday. Good Increment and even received Excellent Product Bonus, Leave encashment on Gross salary is an additional Plus Leave Policy is good. Working on Telecom 5G technologies Good projects on OTT domain too Senior Colleagues are talented & very helpful. Work culture is good Overall its was a good experience.

Yes. There are few cons like all other companies, I would like to avoid negative comments here as my issues were heard & addressed on time by the management.

...experience during my exit. They are like taking revenge once you put your paper. During lockdown they held my salary for 3 months and was not supporting to release fnf. Finally somehow I had to struggle to complete exit process.

They are not helpful during exit. They have less projects and will not support you in growth.
