My experience in this company was frustrating primarily due to its poorly structured management I had a high hops when I was joined ,but it quickly became apparent that the leadership team is not equipped to guide the company effectively Lack of leadership: Managers are either absent or completely dis engaged there is no clear directions and employs are left to finger things out on either own with no guidance No Accountability :Mistakes by management or either ignored or blamed on lower level employees which creat a toxic environment where no feel safe taking risk or speaking up Unresponsive to employ concern Inconcentent policies:Rules seams to change daily.depends upun who u ask this inconsistency makes it nearly impossible to meet gols or have a stable work flow Poor communication:Imprtant discussion are made without proper communication Team members are kept in the dark and updates are given too late to act upon effectively

This company has one of the most toxic work environments l've ever experienced. The culture is incredibly negative, with constant gossip, backstabbing, and favoritism from management. There's no real teamwork or support, and you're left to fend for yourself. Instead of helping employees grow, the management thrives on creating stress and unhealthy competition. It's an exhausting and mentally draining place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 2. *"Unhealthy Workplace - Full of Stress and Tension"* The environment here is incredibly unhealthy. The management doesn't care about employee wellbeing at all, and it shows in how they treat their staff. People are overworked, underappreciated, and constantly stressed. There's no work-life balance, and it's impossible to get any support or feedback from leadership. The morale is at an all-time low, and it's hard to stay motivated in such a negative atmosphere. There's no support from colleagues or management, and everyone seems to be out for themselves. Bullying and rude behavior are common, and management turns a blind eye to it. It's draining to come into work every day knowing that you'll face negativity and constant stress. No one seems to care about employee happiness or job satisfaction. I regret ever joining this company.
