You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ? Thats my personal experience, figures used are for explaining only not the actual figures.

I was hired as a Management Trainee through my university's placement program. Unfortunately, my second month's salary was put on hold when I had to travel to my hometown for an exam. Even after returning, I have not received my full salary. As a result of this ongoing issue, I have decided to resign from my position.

Totally time pass.very bas.they deduct your salary without any reason.signed a bond and need cheque from your end.if you leave the organisation that time they encash your cheque.very forcely to work.

...IVE WITH DIFFERENT USP'S GIVEN TO US . LASTLY , THE PAY AND INCENTIVES ARE GOOD. LAST MONTH MY SALARY ALMOST DOUBLE OF WHAT I GET DUE TO INCENTIVES . HOPE TO DO SO AGAIN THIS MONTH.

Salary cuts. Bad upper Management. They don't provide you salary slips if you ask for. After resignation they terminate you with any reasons they like as per there will. Even if you want to serve notice period they will not allow as they have to pay you after that. They won't pay you FNF also. You have to punch before 10 am and can only leave after 9:30pm, that too if they want you to leave. They also take signed cheque of your net salary from you at the joining so that if you want to leave they will encash from your account and also gives you warning that they will sue you and also issue legal notice against you so that you won't get job elsewhere.
