Unacceptable Salary Delays: Employees have been working without February’s salary, and this is not the first time. The company has a history of irregular salary disbursal, terminating employees whose incentives are huge and due. The management remains silent & does not care enough since they are always busy partying. Is this how professional organization operates? Threats Instead of Answers: Employees asking about their rightful pay are met with threats of termination. HR has no accountability and functions like a paralysed department only to offer scripted excuses. Work Without Boundaries: Official timing is 9:30 AM, but leaving is considered luxury. Employees are expected to stay indefinitely, sacrificing personal lives while salaries remain unpaid. Selective Spending: Grand events, political networking, and extravagant celebrations continue while employees struggle. How is there money for parties but not for the workforce that keeps this company running? If this reaches the management before HR team getting this deleted then immediate salary disbursement is not a request—it’s a necessity. If not, a large group of unpaid employees might start taking action, exposing the firm before the world, and start negative promotions on your events. If company does care about their employees reputation why should employees care? Fix this before tomorrow or else serious consequences will follow starting Saturday!

There is not even a single thing to like about it.

I was hired as a Management Trainee through my university's placement program. Unfortunately, my second month's salary was put on hold when I had to travel to my hometown for an exam. Even after returning, I have not received my full salary. As a result of this ongoing issue, I have decided to resign from my position.

Totally time pass.very bas.they deduct your salary without any reason.signed a bond and need cheque from your end.if you leave the organisation that time they encash your cheque.very forcely to work.

They find reasons to deduct salary They will define procedures and wait for you to make mistake They abuse and insult ignoring the fact it’s a female employee or male. Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can do anything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone

... impressive here.With the overall jovial atmosphere, I enjoy the work I do here. the Pay scale, too, is impressive as I got a 50% hike on my joining & have been promoted thrice over the last 3yrs in the company. The compay really knows how to hunt for talented professionals & keep them happy so that the organisation remaims happy & satisfied in its operation. The works-life balanve is also quite good as we not expected to works after the official hours.

I dont't think there are issues here at the company which qualify to be disliked.Although smoking in the parking zone should really be addressed.
