I completed my BTech in 2015, without any prior IT knowledge. I started my career in the customer service industry and gradually transitioned into data and business analytics. Now, my company is considering me for a Product Owner role, offering a salary of 25.6 LPA. Given where I am today, I find myself wondering if I have made sufficient progress in terms of career growth and if my compensation is fair, considering my 8+ years of experience working across various areas, from being an end user of a product to analyzing and designing it. I would appreciate any insights on whether I am on the right track and what my next career goal should be.
