There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Middle and top management are not knowledgeable. Managers are usually narcissistic and Machiavellian but manageable. Budget is usually small as launches are a lot.
