Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

Everything. That organisation is a nightmare to work at. They dont care about process, training, development. There are no policies (HR, travel, appraisal etc). It's run like a family business where the only aim is to make a quick buck, even if that means using illegal practices.
