I guess I had option to give zero stars. Company higher management is full of non sense and egoistic people. No work ethics at all. Professionalism is way far from these people. They say that they want to make a corporate culture but on the other hand they are just fulfilling their egos. Felt bad for the guy who is investing money with the expectations with these non-sense people. If you get offer from here, just stay unemployed for few more days and look for other opportunity. But never ever join this company. If you are agent or builder, shut down your business but never invest in their services. If you are an investor, you know what to do….

The company operates more in a political arena than a collaborative workspace, with a culture that rewards credit-takers over genuine contributors. The founders are full of arrogance and lacks basic business sense. KRAs are frequently changed without prior notice and doesn't matter how well you perform, they treat you the way their arrogant ego satisfies. Run as fast as you can if you got an offer from RealBetter, soon you will get to know that it's RealWorse.
