Nothing is good. Its an extremely stressful job where you will be judged by making small mistakes. Gossip is very common. No one cares about your growth the work needs to be done on time or else you need to wait and finish no matter what the time

Everything. There is a pacing system where you need to justify your salary and how much you bring back to the agency, the management tries to micro manage everything. The work hours are long and excruciating. If you are not willing to work 10+ hours dont join.

No Work Life Balance. they will throw from company anytime. If you will not match standard. No Job Security.

You get to learn a lot of new things which will help you in your career growth. Also, you learn to handle pressure situations and finish the work within the set deadlines.

Dislikes

No Work life balance after a point. You might have to work for longer hours than your normal working hours. Also, there are no perks/benefits that come with the job.
