Worst company I have ever worked with. I was sent onsite but never received any travelling allowance and onsite allowance. No accommodation or transport facility for engineers onsite. Engineers work hard in the company but management's only focus is to make money for themselves. Please don't ruin your career by joining here.

I have worked for Real Time for 3.5 years. It's a good place for learning but I would like to highlight the point that company management is poor as hell and they not only hold up but also never release salary and travel expenses incurred by employees. It's happening for a long time and many employees including I haven't got our dues even after years of leaving the company..
