Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. This is a subsidiary of Rashmi Group. Totally hopeless and fraud company. Salary deduction and salary not paid on time. No job security at all. You have to report to a lady who knows nothing but is a favourite of the boss for all wrong reasons. Better to stay unemployed than working for such idiots.
