The company is pathetic, all false promises.

...ed to work for free. When I asked about this they will not give proper response. They will say verbally that you need to pay only bonus amount but not the remaining expenses. But when I asked them to write it on Offer letter whatever they spoke they are very reluctant. Which seems my suspicion is true about the reimbursement that you need to pay. Come on guys wake up. If you don't have funds to run a company close the shop and go home rather than asking people to work for free. Very pathetic rules never seen like this in my entire career.

I am very much satisfied with the company and its policies. Personally I love this organisation and I recommend everyone. However, only small thing and because of I am changing now is the timing. They do have timing from 12PM to 9 PM or 2.30PM to 11.30PM. but they don't force as such, if we cover up the work no one will ask anything. I suggest whomsoever is applying here do not worry about job security or in any way. Team members, seniors, HR everyone here are supporting.

To be honest there is nothing to dislike about, atleast as per me. Everyone is damm supporting here. So, I don't think nay point to say negative.

I cleared round 1, 2, 3. Round 4 also went great according to me but they ghosted me like my ex. No communication, no email, didn't even answer my calls. I understand if you didn't want to go ahead with me but should have communicated that in a professional manner. Why waste everyone's time? But now I'm happy I didn't get to join 😇.
