Company is good because you will get to learn about all skills related to your department and they will allow to involve in the process which is your area of interest and workload will be in a minimal level so you will not be in that much stress. Overall it is a very good company in terms of skill development

I do not suggest people to join RCC where we have 4 years bond with 1 lakh bond guaranty if we want to leave the job they will not leave us in such a case we should pay them even we come with condition under bond(govt job,marrying other state guy, going to abroad). People over here are full of politics they do not want to work they want to show their political skills

People behaviour,and this place is a school where we have a principal with all the observations on all our activities
