Company awarded the project of Mumbai Metro, but could not make up to mark. Company didn't had any fund's to run. Was in very bad Debs due to this they have also lost the project .

No appointment letter, no salary on time.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. This work pressure is very high. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths; which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation email from my client; but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no on-job training for freshers; hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step; which is a pain sometimes.

Likes

The company was able to give a mass of opportunities to me. It was also beneficial for me for my training and growth in accountancy. Nevertheless I feel happy to be a part of the company and meet my new team mates in here.

Though the company provides assistance in every manner but puts a load of pressure work on its employees.

Basically, the company is a construction company. And its growing day by day. i love the fact that i was a part of this company. my colleagues come from various state from India and different culture and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Basically its a construction company. so in construction company there is no time limit for work. i have to work hard & work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work more than 14 hours in a day.
