Nothing to Like..Ranjan & Mani Sir is on top and they do politics with their employees.If top management is involve in politics then how lower of them can work effectively..Site Managers(which will be mostly their relatives) give solid lollypop to you & after completion of your role they will kick you just like a dog.This company is a family based company and only family person is recognised and promoted.

Dislikes

No Salary on time No Job Security (even you don't be aware that when you will be kicked out during your day work, it's unpredictable) Working culture No any Good/Educated/Technical Skill person is on Site Lead. Person like Ramnivas & Sriniwas are Site Managers(they even not have simple knowledge of Isometric Drawing).

Sabse bekar company hai, paisa kabhi time pe nahi milta . Salary 27 se 1 mahine baad aati hai har month worker strike karte hai Koi job security nahi hai

Work time Site pe 14 ghante kaam karna parega no ot or other allowance Company ko chai tak pilane ka paisa nahi hai

Shanti Lal, bhat sir safety head is a very humble person and helping nature, who always support to promote safety culture, we have learned lots of things and Hussain sir is also supporting person

Fake Company, they will give lollypops to you, in reality they dont have any culture , CMD is illeterate, His son dont know how to treat people only give fake replies, not recommended.
