Last time may be finally decision 2yrs 6mnth experience better performance in branch month to month but what is it. no any more bad bm culture yet resign decide 🙏🙏🙏 thanks to rbl finserve Ltd....

Company policy is very bad, zing hr present 12 over pl leave yet not approve my illness time leave aprrove bm. Bm (Debjyoti basu) called me that's order area manager(Avijit Saha) what it is company policy.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

You will never get chance to use your skills and most of the time trainers do only tele calling, work assignment are not relevant to training. Training structure is not good only induction training and branch visits are there, you will never get platform to enhance or utilise your skills.
