Just Big no to Razorpay pay there support system will likely to kill your self .. it takes 24 hours to get a reply and suppose they have asked for some clarification and you replied to mail with your clarification. Wait for 24 hours. Razorpay will reply you without reading your previous mail and they will ask you some new irrelevant questions. Somehow you are going to reply them with there irrelevant questions and wait for 24 hours. Razorpay pay reply after 24 hours again without reading your some irrelevant questions with your replied answer. They ask you some new irrelevant documents to submit ha ha ha ... It is happening with me they will debit your amount without any receipt or notice they will hold your settlement they ignore to resolve the main problem. They will start a loop of irrelevant questions and the loop will get active after 24 hours you will feel like why I have used Razorpay for our company. There chat support is very wonderful garbage they don't know what to do and they are not there to help you instead they reply you the same "" I will forward this issue to our team "' I am facing this twice now still waiting for 24 hours and with some new irrelevant questions. I have all the records and email communication with them which I am keeping to start a legal battle. Sorry I forgot to write they will reply you by deleting your previous email. New update 16 Feb 2024 After Submitting what was asked on 15 Feb 2024 by Razorpay. Razorpay replied with the same irrelevant questions which was asked 1 month before.. there is no use of submitting what they are asking. Again again the same loop. I just replied them to read the mail what they have asked we have submitted but they even don't bother to open the mail and read it. Let see again waiting for 24 hours I will wait back here just waiting for 24 hours. Update 19 Feb Reply from Razorpay.. They just replied that please write us back what we have asked... Reply by us Please send your merchant customer care number we are going call and resolve this because we don't think you people are going to read the emails or solve this by email. Wait for 24 hours....tik tik Yeahhh Update on 20 Feb Reply by Razorpay... Dear Partner Greetings From Razorpay Thank you for your response , We tried calling you over the phone , but didnot got any response . Please revert back to the mail with an alternate phone number or time where we can reach out to you . We seek your help and support in this regard. .........Reply by us.......... Talented engineers to work with. Company is growing fast.

...lays in delivery. Lots of ad-hoc requirement changes are there most of the time. Lots of difference in salary of people. You will frequently see that engineers with less experience are earning way more than a more experienced engineer. And the difference is not 1-2 lakh rupees, it's way more! Razorpay should try to bring everyone at one designation to almost equal salary. Razorpay should have confidence to tell prospective employees that they offer only this much range for this designation. Many people have complained that the newly joining engineers have more pay and benefits than those who have stayed loyal with company. This pushes the people to switch jobs to get higher pay as they see people switching jobs annually are having so many benefits.

Ok team mates, fewer opportunities for L&D, Salary growth, and Appraisals are pathetic if you belong to a non-tech team. All the perks and benefits are majorly for the tech teams.

Compensation & benefits, company culture. A good platform for the Freshers to Kickstart their career.

Dislikes

Hectic workload, expectations are too high from the freshers. Process keeps changing every month as per the business needs. Creating lot of confusions within the team. You must be able to extend you shift and take OTs for more than 2 hours. And you must be ready to work on your week off. This totally depends on the team which you join into. Humble request is to hire the team leads within the company so that they have good knowledge on the process and support the agents in tough situations. When it comes to employees working on contract, getting converted as a full-time employee is a difficult. I feel there must transparency in this case, so that the particular agent can improve himself/herself when his/her contract gets extended.

Dislikes

Lack of job security & transperancy, jobs responsiblilty and actual work might not be the same. There are many time employee is asked to work for 10-12 hours without any compensation.
