The India team of this company is pathetic. Politics is everywhere. Don't expect appreciation for good work but always ready to criticism from all sides even for small errors. Current MD is unaware about administration and management and is arrogant.

The managers are not skilled. They should look at the outside technology to grow further. They promote people who don't work. They should recognise the right talent and promote the employee.

My position as an Oracle PLSQL Developer for the Employee Self-Service Application at RTX came to an end due to a change in their vendor list, which affected my payroll company's status. While the decision was beyond my control, I deeply value the experience and skills I gained during my time there, and I'm eager to bring that expertise to my next opportunity

It is good only for those who are interested in hardware / electronics , not for strict software guys

Dislikes

Horrible work hours & the pressure created by micro management is terrible!, they use highly outdated tech stack, only seniors opinion (who are in company for more than 5 years) is considered as final even if its a terrible implementation.
