Company will provide visa,medical,and yearly tickets for supervisor and above. Also will pay overtime for the position below manager.

Dislikes

No work culture and no job security..Too many politics.. Unnecessary stress even if you perform the best in department. Also managers use omanisation word for all kinds of matters.

It’s hard to grow in this company because the top management is not supportive. The top management is not goal oriented thus most of the time team efforts go waste. Growing politics and lobby in the top management makes the work culture toxic.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
