Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Nothing hear to like anything.

Dislikes

Management is to much useless. Too much labor work here . And also not fixed time of work, overtime is compalsary but company did not mention it and also didn't pay overtime 👎👎

Company is great no doubtful. Learning new things but colleague are worst person humiliated , torture manipulating ,caste religion abuse language, money taking, so go in job live in own thinking never trust in colleague. Colleagues worsted and snail or brainless they give wake up in 18hrs of just like for nothing

Colleagues 🤬🤬🤬 Time culture 18hrs/7days working Manage by you everything 7 days working Please do not add expensive in company they never come back Colleagues not give you live in company everytime they says i will you run away from this company

Company is good learning motivation you but problem only colleague is suck money taking and no help you only demotivate demand our need and they will angry at you any time you have fight each other
