Job training is not given to new joiners. Salary is good but career growth is very slow, not have any senior post to grow career,

... many staffs does a mistakes but not terminated either no warning letter issued. Salary doesn't get delayed. It is India's biggest brand and feel secure to work under it. it was my pleasure to work in this large scale Retail industries. Love to work with an outstanding Environment, supportive Staff.. Company policies are excellent which non other Retail company gives to the Employees.. am very delight to work in Raymonds So Thanks for giving me this opportuinity to work in Raymonds..

We use to have a training on Spring summer and Autumn winter so many Staff 's they don't understand in English when the trainer speaks in English and they get fear when the trainer ask them questions so I feel that if there is a training in South, then the trainer should know other languages like kannada, Tamil and Telegu and they should talk with them and make them understand about FAB in other languages, so that when they go to the floor they need to be very Confident while showing the product so that our ASP(average selling price) will get increase and we should not just satisfy customers we should make every customers Delight.... And also management should hire Candidates for a part-time jobs and give them opportunity to work in Raymonds. working in (SIS)store in store like Shopper stop, Centrals, lifestyle the Store managers or DM, they use to pressurize for our brand staff for no reasons so our management should get involved and sort out the problems.

company provides 40% salary for not working as the stores are still not opened. Job security is 50% on the front-end jobs during this pandemic, if the situations seems improving Job security may improve.

Dislikes

Considering the growth opportunities, its quite difficult to grow in terms of designations through performance.

They are not supporting us in any way I have been layed off with 1000 + other employees. I was forcefully asked to resign and now I am getting just 25% of the salary..

The salary structure and growth rate was not up to the industry standards also the company ended up losing the best employees over a phone call by forcefully asking them to leave.

...ity and the quality of the product is high.they care all employees everytime. In this lockdown they are paying 50% of salary without working.

Dislikes

Frankly,there is no dislikes about working in Raymond but only as per my designation I need to go outdoor.in this case there is no excuses.
