The environment is employee friendly. The work culture & ethos is amazing. All employees are one family. I received a warm welcome when I joined the company. I am encouraged to work, and mistakes are taken as a learning for the future. The management is people friendly, and I enjoy the workplace. My HoD is a visionary who handholds my work and guides me during critical situations. I find a sea change from my last job at the Indian Army. I would like to continue in this company till my final superannuation.

I am working with a very passionate team who are always ready to Go Beyond and set new standards for themselves. My day starts with laughter and ends with laughter. Though this vertices is new in the Raymond Group, they have developed a unique culture among staff to achieve big targets with team work and collaboration. There is continuous engagement activities to boost collaboration among departments. There is trasperant and open culture.
