Good environment & friendly colleague.

Unprofessional behaviour. Company Director become confused with the works. They didn't pay salary & full final settlement after Notice period complete. Harsh & rude behaviour with employee. They break rule & policy which is mentioned in the Appointment letter.

...other CFT members are cooperative . They thinking about employee job security. Timely giving salary and promotions . There is lot of learning opportunities for freshers .

Management itself is not good. There is no proper communication and coordination between the management. No career growth. Management doesn't trust employees. Even If you work 24 hours also,they will say there is no progress in your work. Freshers are easily blamed for all management mistakes. Each and everything should be directly reported to all the Directors.

Office culture, office politics, HR not responding good (HR not given confirmation letter, they not ready to provide final settlement amount,) lunch bit ok, extention for freshers

Management really supportive. For good work you get accolades. Challenging environment and could be draining sometime, but if you want to excel experience in this environment will help you excel in your career.

Dislikes

Coffee vending machine can be improved :), specially when you are meant to work hard
