They asked an Electrical person to load the truck and do mechanical work, And from the mechanical person, they want to do electrical and fitter kinds of work as well as Lab Testing. I have never seen such a mangement.

No rule of appraisal, People in Top management get their hike or salaries remaining staff never get an appraisal. Zero in innovation. Third class work environment

In my 14 years of working in different companies , this is by far the worst company as far as working culture and overall environment is concerned. Here management believes that by putting unnecessary pressure on employee , thy can achieve success. They have a habit of belittling employees every now and then..Even when there is no fault of employees they keep shouting at them in front of everyone and keep humiliating them. My suggestion to any future employee of this company is..."Choose begging on the road over working for this company.
