Easiness in work as mostly automation, good shift timing.

Dislikes

No value of employee, Not proper housekeeping, Less pay as compared to work done. As it's wooden furniture manufacturing factory,disappointment due to wood dust and particles as no proper functioning and maintenance of dust collector was done.
