There is a lot of politics and salary is a great issue. They lying at the time of recruitment, they don’t even provide any kind of experience letter joinning letter which means tgat this institution is fake

It was really not less than a non-sense that I chose to work again with such a non-sensical school where teachers are no more revered neither by the management nor by the students. A school which doesn't know how to respect teachers, their bread-earners. Such a shameful work culture where restrictions are implemented every now and then as per management member's wishes. A place where no employee (from HODs to cleaning staff workers) is happy. The management did never care about its employees during lock down or pandemic period. Such shameless people who started deducting salaries well before the lock down was being announced. An absolute horrible experience from such a big organization as I am sure if their yearly earnings are analysed, it would not be less than 2-3 crores a year and that too from just one of so many branches that they hold under Rawat brand in Jaipur. Someone has to take a stand against them and has to disclose their faces in front of the whole world as they did nothing for most of their employees and even for the contractual workers. I would never ever recommend anyone to join this school and suffer the way I did.
