I like working at Ravindra Bharathi Global School because of the students. The students are eager and curious learners who challenge me. The staff are supportive and collaborative colleagues who help me. The professional development is enriching and enhancing for my skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

...ent is very unprofessional and does not care about the teachers or the students. The salary is very low and the workload is very high. The school does not provide any resources or support for teaching. The curriculum is outdated and the exams are unfair. The school environment is very stressful and unhealthy. I do not recommend working at this school to anyone.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

... a parrot and instruction to avoid slow learners ( not to waste energy on them). I was forced to resign while few teachers were given the choice of working from home with full salary being given to them.

Very less salary package; Delayed salaries; Poor infrastructure - No PLAYGROUND, LAB, LIBRARY, COMPUTER LAB, SMART CLASS, A/C CLASSROOMS (as promised) but EXORBITANT FEES; Lot of drawbacks on the Administrative front; Less literate and impolite Admin Incharge evaluates learned people; Uses abusive words against employees; Gossip-based system; No value for sincerity and hardwork

I started my career as a zonal incharge in Sri chaitanya institutions.i felt great for working under the management.i frame myself as a good administrator their.i learnt so many administrator works.we have full support from the management side regarding academics. Environment is good. We can develop our career .with innovative ideas we can mould the children . good team mates.very supportive.
