Ravi Biolife is WORST company in Taloja MIDC. They Do Not have any facilities. After 1st Shift they strictly stop person for work till 6 pm Without Overtime paid Production Heads not supportive to production team. If you take leave without permission or you ask manager for leave and manager not give permission and you take leave That day is not paid. Product is also not good for your body and they don't give that much safety. They have strict rule about time and also shift time. If you take shift change without manager permission that day is bad day. They stop you for next shift also for there satisfaction. Not have proper system for production department and too much politics. Please do not join Ravi Biolife Production Department. If you are really do not have money or you are jobless then you can go. And if you have good experience don't join Ravi Biolife. If you join then this is your Worst Decision ever.

Ravi Bio Life is a company where no one should work. The job satisfaction is absolutely nonexistent, and another thing is that there are no facilities for any tasks over there. Increment does not happen every year at all, and the employees have a tough time. Therefore, please do not join Ravi Bio Life.

Their facility is non-existent, and the other thing is that there is no increment there, and employees are treated very poorly in that place.

I don't like organisation as well as management

There is no training after joining the organisation,harrestments from manager as well as senior member of production department and bad behaviour,not provide safety like appropriate gown ,surgical gloves 🧤, goggles 🥽 ,nose mask😷,when working in plant and handle hazardous chemical, Forced to work without giving any safety,no proper schedule or planing of process , no leave on time after complete our shift every day forcefully stop, Every day harrest from manager and exicutive of production team and plant head ,no provide any facilities

Company director attitude- wrong treatment to employees ,no proper job profile assignments,quality compromised everywhere No systematic work schedule No job security,salaries are not in time ,No appreciation,No increments Once u resign,full and final settlement is not done Some employees final amt given after 6months of resignation . No HR policies it’s like a trap , do not recommend anybody Worst experience in life
