Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Here all employees are verh good,

Dislikes

Management behavior and Hr, management is waste, management is looking only Numbers and sales, they didnt address employees issues or anything, And they didnt give chance to speak or any new ideas, innovation for top level managers also. Hr is working for employer only, not looking and understand employees issues...
