Worst management, salary not getting on time ,not supporting from HO,worst cantin facilities. Contractor payment not getting on time they abusing to site staff. But not getting any positive reply from HO

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow

company is believe in to highest quality standard maintaining while purchase which is very valuable. company maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring highest quality materials. the supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth is out standing.

work load sometimes while multiple projects requirement coming. many times engineers not giving complete specifications of material and need to take follow up.

Lot of internal politics and micromanagement. The company is at an immature stage. Management creates unnecessary pressure and impossible deadlines to close work. No growth as work is scattered. Will not advise any potential candidate to join this company and spoil their career. They will give you a bad time when you decide to leave a company and make the exit process much harder. Advice to Management - Stop hiring when you cannot offer a healthy working environment and growth.
