Work-life balance is ok, don't really bother anyone in after office hours and on weekends.

Dislikes

... HODs which leads to lot of sycophancy and discrimination culture inside office. Salary benefits are very bad in comparison with work-load and deliverable expectations.

...no consideration of work life balance, and it's not a pleasant place to work. 4. They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF) and despite reaching out multiple times they rarely respond to emails. 5. Their is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. Management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't help you grow and will make your life miserable.

There is not too much iof work load, just only when there is a light up of a unit you might face work load

Salary payscale is too less promotion and increment is also very poor not a good sector to work in

Everything, policies, Management, Seniors, salary, No bonus policy, only 40-50% variable of your 10% retention money after one year..

...th one month notice to show, but actually they relieved me in just 15 day..... Without the salary of 2.5 month.....note it.....

Dislikes

You have no job security. At any time without any prior notice they will kick you out. And you cannot do anything as they will make you sign a peice of paper in which they write that you are leaving because of your personal reason.
