They take almost an year to pay you what they owe (FnF), and despite reaching out multiple times, they rarely respond to mails. When you call, they claim they haven't recieved approval yet. 5. There is no chance to learn or improve your skills. 6. The management is awful and doesn't know how to talk to employees. They struggle to get approvals for anything. Summary: Don't make mistake of working at RattanIndia. It's a terrible company that won't help you grow and will make your life miserable.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

... are supportive and the management is transparent. Amazing office and workplace. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

You have freedom of speech amongst teammates and seniors. Location is favorable ,travel time is only 1 comfortable hour from my home through public transport. Learning opportunities are great.

Dislikes

A presence of strong HR is strictly needed. HR practices are not so good. Compensation and benefits are also no good.
