New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Admin and Hr is the worst ,but department people are very good and corporative In this company if you are coming as a desk engineer it's ok but as a field engineer get ready to be a labour, As a desk engineer u have to face many challanges as there is no operator and The present operators are PAPs so they don't listen to you

1. Company working culture is not good. 2. Under company wenders employee not provided any kind of facilities. Like , washroom,rest room . 3. Contract side office area is very dirty and dust area.
