There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but no career growth.there is a bond of 2 years. But they don't have any soft corner for employees .

Worst company ever seen i don't like atmosphere too much manipulation no pramotion es company ko 3 years diye the but inhone ne bina notice period k kaam pr se nikal Diya or 3 years me kabhi bounce ya salary nhi badhai or bahut sare false commitment kiye

No work Pressure. No Responsibility 😂. You are free to do what you want as they have 0 knowledge of company culture or system. You can spare whole life here if you want but you need not to use your brain. Just do what management says. Even they can launch any product within a day and provide you a formulation. Just mix it and done. You can't survive if you have good knowledge of company culture and system.

There is nothing to dislike but you are going to enjoy the job if you are a blind follower and nothing to like if you have even just average knowledge. Even they can provide 30 40 thousand to a fresher.
