...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Less income, work time more than working hours, no fixed work, taking lots of money under the name of PF, strict rules like wearing formal, having daily beard shave, uniform for doing almost labour work, wearing shoes though foot feet got injured, no return of amount to customers even when customer hasn't left the store, price of products is more than outside general stores like D-mart and other general stores, having no authority to buy products at same working store, verifying login to delete products and price change leven when the process of billing is going on, limited time to make payment through paytm scanner, no authorized payment through international credit cards, computers and scanners are not so fast and unable to scan while billing, treatment of employees like shit,

Policy & Culture of Company is pathetic,Not employee friendly.They only treat employee badly when you highlight any basic facilities.Ownership culture not corporate working culture.
