They don't know how to treat staff who have been pillars of the hospital and spent more than half of their life in service to the institute

Dislikes

There is no growth and management doesn't know how to solve problems. Salary is not good. Old employees who are working since years are paid less and new employees are given more benefits

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths.
