...r is nothing to learn in the company especially for the field you applied for. Salary & Appraisal : Employee wouldn't get their Salary before 20th of the month and sometimes they have to wait for the next month forget about the salary. Travel : I wasn't into a profile which involves excessive travelling but people who were, they were also provided a reimbursement which was not enough for them to complete the tour. Politics : Its in every company,this company is not an exception. Learning: I have worked very closely with the chairman of the company so I know who needs learning. Work Environment : Horrible Innovation : No Work Life Balance : Employees were made to work longer than their stipulated working time till 02:00 am at times in rain in field. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work in the company

Dislikes

Although I was provided less but I was fine with the compensation provided by them but the work pressure was very high every day.I always knew what I was doing but I was on a regular basis told by the chairman that he trained me on every thing. The company provides no PF,ESIC,Medical or Insurance. The company also made its employees work on Gazetted Holidays. I joined the company as an Asst. Manager HR, then, I was given Admin after few days, I was forcefully given the responsibility to handle company cash which I didn't wanted to take. Hope that helps
