...t , how you complete your task. RCF is a company always imbibing new technology.Salary and compensation is good,if not excellent. Work life balance is possible, if you carefully plan. Environment is good.

Dislikes

In-equitable distribution of work is my experience. If you are result-oriented , you have to sweat,particularly when your team is not giving full support. Regional favouritism is under-current.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
