No process , keep following up with people from accounts to payroll to hr to manager to everyone. 8. you get surprises on pay day. 9. if your boss doesnt like your face on particular day he will not approve any of your claim. 10. anybody can become Boss out here if you know boss management.

onthing to like every thing is bad. Bad Management , Bad working time and always salary issue .Manager is very fool. Never join this company. If you have others options

During interview HR say your working 8 hours other is OT. But after joining they don't provide OT . Working time is 12 hours . Here manager is very fool. If company have not worked then fair the employee or give layout. Never join this company if you have others options. This is 4th class company . After joining you know why I am saying this

Company very good check below points 1. surprisingly salary come in account after 25 days from the salary day, but condition apply (Condition- If all work completed within and before time without any single failure) 2. TA-DA, any time , when account feel free to work on it, may be after 1-2 months or may be more . 3. Person must be 24*7 style, any time 4. After resignation every things depends on GOD. 5. Very Good company for low BP patient

* Company doesn't things about thereselves. * High BP person can not work

Staffs of only SMT department are very friendly & Helpful. In this department friendly culture is present.

Dislikes

There is lot of disadvantages about this company. First is there is no job security & salary issue also. This is not enough, if you are helpless or you have need job then you can join this company otherwise never try to join this company. If have not trust on my post you can ask to any employee of this company.

The job security is zero and the cards given in the name of health insurance are given in the last month of the year so that no one can use it. Top management makes too many false promises.

Dislikes

The biggest problem is if you single mispunch here, it will not be right at all and it is the decision of the top management.
