CEO have good vision . Few people influence to CEO sir

No proper work guidelines No on time salary every month gets after 15th. Corrupt people CEO sir Mr. Sunil surrounding people doing Bajana… He ready to do anything but no proper capable staff . Every one acting in front of CEO meeting. No proper facilities to employees. Some Retirement age people working as ED level they wants to timepass they don't have work in office.

It's a growing company. Job security is ok. Learning environment is good but you gotta learn all by yourself.

Dislikes

The management don't care about their employees. Salary is poor for entry to medium level but salary is concentrated between few people in the organisation. Appraisal is very poor. Huge harrassment by management to their junior.
