Highly two faced higher management No scope to learn for senior executives Freelancers treated like gods. In-house people are always wrong. Very repetitive work Highly political work environment HR policies are bad.

The thing I liked the most about Rajshri is that the Youtube Team head is very nice and a humble person.

The HR Policies in Rajshri are like the worst. They can come up with any new policy whenever they want to and to abide to follow it and you cannot say NO

It's a dream come true for me as I grown up watching Rajshri movies and I am growing in my career with it. There is so much to learn and my mentor has given me freedom to do explore new things and Ideas. Surely this is the best place to work. A positive environment and lovely co workers and yes we believe in we are Rajshri family that work together, stay together and yes Hum Saath Saath Hain.
