The thing I liked the most about Rajshri is that the Youtube Team head is very nice and a humble person.

The HR Policies in Rajshri are like the worst. They can come up with any new policy whenever they want to and to abide to follow it and you cannot say NO

It's a dream come true for me as I grown up watching Rajshri movies and I am growing in my career with it. There is so much to learn and my mentor has given me freedom to do explore new things and Ideas. Surely this is the best place to work. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
