No liking about the company. Poor people.

Very bad place to work. They give clerical work to the professionals. Very poor management and misuse of professional skills. Despite expressing concerns about the mismatch between the qualifications and the assigned duties the response from management and the Managing director was disrespectful and unhelpful. As a professional seeking work environment, I would recommend never to join this company. It's disheartnening to see Team leader who are unwilling to listen to their team members and adapt their practices to better utilize their talents. And they think that other's team members are mad or unfaithful. So they dont allow to utilize our talents.

The conduct of MD and his two appointed heads is highly disappointing. They lack proper communication skills and resort to blaming others within the company. The overall atmosphere is unprofessional due to this constant blame shifting.

Everything... People who just say yes to everything management says is appreciated nothing else is. NO EMPLOYEE POLICY. They say alternate Saturday is off but actually it works as per MD.

If you think you can work at this place after coming from a professional setup, then you're highly mistaken. Its a one man show kinda thing, and everything happens at the fancy of only one person.
